The 6 heads filling machine adopts the counter pressure filling technology which can perfectly realize the requirments of twice vacuum, Co2 injection. The machine is adopts counter pressure filling technology, this machine is specially designed for beer filling. The machine has the advantages of high speed, reliable output, compact design and stable operation. The machine suitable for medium or small capacity breweries.

1. The filling machine is mainly used for filling, sealing, and can be used for carbonated beverages such as cola, Sprite, and beer.

2. Two steps of filling and capping can be performed on the machine.

3. Glass window design, and improve sanitary conditions, production capacity and economic benefits.

4. The host adopts advanced programmable controller control technology. The main electrical components are Siemens PLC 200 smart.

5. Suitable for small bars and breweries for filling and selling

6. Automatic control by PLC,  all parameters can be adjusted.
7. Filling and capping process can be finished in this machine.
8. With CO2 pressurization and could add vacucum.
9. Adopt isobar filling method and with unique pressure maintaining system,performance stable and reliable, beer loss minimum.
