Double Head Semi Automatic Canning & Capping Machine

 

This combined machine is used for filling and capping of beer and other carbonated drink.It has such advantages as stable filling,fast speed,control of liquid surface,Adjustable base. It adopts counter pressure filling principle. It has advantages of fast filling speed, high precision. It is priority and ideal facility for medium -size beer plant and beverage plant.

There are three difference tubes:

 

1. Tube A is a CO2 tube: which can release the CO2 to the can and during the filling process prevent the beer from being oxidized.

2. Tube B is Beer outlet tube: which allows beer to through this tube and then filling in the can.

3. The shortest one C is a liquid level sensing tube, which can sense the beer in advance to prevent overflow.
